SUMMARY:Park History & Grounds Tour
DESCRIPTION:Learn more about the Park and its rich history while enjoying its scenic beauty. \nIn 2006\, David Wilson became the first Executive Director of the Elizabeth Park Conservancy. During his tenure\, both the written history of the Park and the guided tour program were established\, with David serving as one of the organization’s first tour guides. \nThe tour is FREE and begins at 10 AM at the flagpole in front of the Cottage (the small green building). \nPlease note that the History Tour is a walking tour that includes steps\, grassy areas\, uneven ground\, and narrow paths\, and may be difficult for visitors with mobility limitations. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. \nNo registration required.
